SHIPPING AGENCY
As your local representative we take care of the organization of the arrivals and departures of the ships, the stays in the port, the legal formalities for the intra-port movements in the harbour master's office and the port, customs and sanitary aspects. We organize on your behalf, the management of the crew, embarkation, disembarkation and all the necessary process for the good progress of the various operations for your maritime transport.
FREIGHT FORWARDING
We will handle the strategic logistics planning and execution for the international movement of goods, on behalf of shippers. Specifically, we will carry out freight rate negotiations, container tracking, customs documentation and freight consolidation, among other tasks. This was made possible thanks to our in-depth knowledge of customs standards and protocols, which vary from country to country and even from port to port, and our action agility.
CUSTOMS BROKERAGE
We know all rules and regulations and we will ensure that they are followed, in order to optimize the process of shipping. We handle the dealing with customs officials and learning shipping regulations so that our clients can focus on their core business. In fact, we work as translators, communicating with agencies and governments throughout the shipping process, to ensure that all of the proper procedures have been followed.
